But the shower wasn’t pleasant at all. It was getting either so hot or so cold. Breakfast served is excellent with fresh pastries, cold cuts, cheeses, yogurt and boiled eggs cooked to order. Facilities are clean and staff is accommodating. Rooms and bathrooms are small as to be expected in an historic facility. They are sparse with little decoration, adequate beds and very small televisions located far across the room. Check-in requires navigating a flight of stairs, but an elevator is available up from there.
