The breakfast was a nice spread, it was also pet friendly which was not good for my husband who is allergic to dogs & we didn't like the fact that the hostess kept touching & petting all the dogs in the room & then fixed plates & handeled food without washing or at the very least sanitize her hands."

"Who knew Biella was such a sophisticated town. Great art and food. Our hotel was right in the middle of town and also quiet and safe. Highly recommend The Augustus!"

"Enjoyed my stay. Cute little hotel, great accomodation for the price. Only 1 night stay on a roadtrip. Attached restaurant was delicious and very reasonably priced. Breakfast included was a nice continental buffet. Staff friendly and helpful. Wifi was decent. Limited parking available. Would book again!!"
