The property was very well stocked: pots, pans, cutlery, wall plug adapter, umbrellas, toothbrushes, toothpaste and more. The only downside is that the floors do creak, so you hear the people above you. With that said, everyone seems to adhere to the 10pm quiet time so it was not much of a problem. I did not see a parking space so if you’re renting a car I would look further into that. Aside from that, no issues. Very close to the train station for transportation.

Too noisy for another stay

It was very noisy in this flat, you can hear the traffic from the road, and the floor in the flat is quirking all the time. Worst thing was the neighbour in the flat above had the same quirky floor, so when he/she woke up at 05.10 in the morning I did not sleep afterwards. Two nights with a bad sleep was not ideal at all. Beyond that, location, cleanliness and easyness in communication was perfect.

Had a great stay at James Airhome. The bed is very comfortable and the apartment got everything you need. I only stayed for one night, but it was very smooth to check in and slept like a baby.

business trip in warm August

I stayed in this apartment for 3 nights for a business trip. Location is convenient as the apartment is only at 15 minutes walk from the main train station, moreover it’s very near the lake and surrounded by several restaurants. There are plenty of buses connecting the apartment with the city. Communication and check-in were faboulous, James was extremely quick in answering. Cleaningness: was ok on the first day at arrival, but the room was not cleaned after that, which I find a bit odd considering that the price is not so low even for Zug. Conditions of the apartment: plenty amenities are present (hairdryer , fridge , coffee machine with coffee capsules offered for free, dishes and pans, etc) which I found really useful for people willing to cook a meal. What was not comfortable for me was air conditioning: the machine used for air conditioning would work only if you open the window and let the warm air flow outside the room. This means however a lot of noise (the air conditioner + traffic in the street). So, my suggestion would be to invest in a much more performing air conditioning system that does not need to open the window, as there is very annoying and strong noise coming from the street. No parking available

Zug Airhome Recommended

Great location, easy to access. Nice with a small kitchen. Better than a hotel. Excellent and responsive service from James. I definitely recommend for stays in Zug.

Comfortable stay in the heart of Zug

Comfortable mini apartment (I stayed in Airhome1), with all that you need for a short/medium stay. I was afraid there would be noise since it is on the Zug main road, but it is well sound-proof. I also liked the communication and welcoming process, all done remotely.

Spacious well equipped apartment in the centre

The apartment is in the centre of Zug and aa short walk to restaurants near the lake. There is a Co-Op very close. The apartment itself is large with a deep and long bath as well as a shower. It is comfortable and well equipped. The WiFi is strong.

Direkt an Hauptstrasse, völlig überteuert

Interessantes System mit dem Code zum Einchecken und zentrale Lage. Leider war die Wohnung jedoch direkt an einer extrem stark befahrenen Hauptstrasse wo man die Fenster nur in Richtung Strasse öffnen konnte. Klimaanlage ist nur mit einem provisorischen Schlauch montiert, wo man das Fenster nicht schliessen kann und damit mit Auto-Lärm schlafen muss. Die Säfte in der Minibar waren alle über das Datum abgelaufen. Für über Fr. 200 die Nacht völlig überteuert.

Well appointed studio apartment in Zug

Nicely appointed and clean apartment in central Zug. Easy check-in and access. Some confusion over mini-bar usage but soon and easily resolved. Would definitely stay there again.

Airhome 04 - Zug

La chambre était spacieuse avec coin cuisine et salle à manger. La salle de bain était grande aussi. Toutefois, la propreté en dessous du canapé laissait à désirer. Un coup d'aspirateur aurait fait du bien. Le reste était propre. La télé ne marchait pas ou le mode d'emploi n'était pas clair.
