Estrella del mar, es un edificio de departamentos y amoblados con vista al mar. Se encuentra ubicado en Zorritos - Tumbes, la mejor playa del Perú.  
Los departamentos tienen acceso independiente, además están totalmente equipados y amoblados .  
Contamos con una ramada en la playa, hamacas, poltronas y dentro del edificio una terraza con parrilla, consola de música y karaoke.  
  
Es ideal para vacacionar en familia o amigos.  
  
El departamento del segundo piso es para un grupo familiar de 4 personas, posee vista hacia al mar y hacia la calle.  
  
El departamento del 2do piso cuenta con 3 habitaciones, una matrimonial y las otras 2 con camarote de 1 1/2 plaza, 2 baños, sala comedor, kitchenette y lavandería .  
  
El Edificio posee 2 niveles de departamentos y una terraza con vista al mar (área común) en el tercer piso.  
  
Cuenta con un departamento por piso, con ingreso independiente, ambos totalmente equipados.  
  
Los huéspedes tienen acceso a las áreas comunes como la terraza ubicada 3er piso, donde podrán hacer uso de la parrilla, consola de música con karaoke. Se encuentra amoblada con una barra frente al mar y una zona de descanso.  
  
Además también tienen acceso a la ramada de playa y podrán hacer uso de hamacas, poltronas y demás complementos disponibles en el hospedaje.
