Villa de 220 m² entièrement rénovée sur 2 niveaux, d'une capacité d'accueil de 14 personnes.  
  
La maison est située sur un terrain de 1800 m². Choisir ce lieu, c’est avoir la garantie d’un séjour hors du temps avec sa très jolie vue mer et sa proximité avec les plages.   
  
La villa de 220 m² construite sur 2 niveaux est entièrement climatisée et possède internet.  
  
Niveau principal donnant sur une grande terrasse couverte :  
\- Entrée avec vestiaire et WC.  
\- Grande pièce à vivre avec salon et salle à manger  
\- Cuisine ouverte entièrement équipée  
\- Chambre 1 : lit en 160 cm, salle de bain privative avec douche à l'italienne, baignoire, lavabo et WC. Grand dressing à disposition.  
  
L’extérieur aménagé par une terrasse surplombant le jardin et la piscine avec un coin salon et une table abrités pour vos dîners et vos soirées.  
Plancha disponible.  
  
Niveau inférieur donnant sur une terrasse:  
\- Chambre 2 : lit en 160 cm et salle de d'eau privative avec lavabo, douche à l'italienne et WC.  
\- Chambre 3 : lit en 160 cm   
\- Chambre 4 : lit en 160 cm   
Ces 2 chambres se partagent une salle d'eau avec douche à l'italienne. WC séparés.  
\- chambre 5: lit en 160 cm  
\- chambre 6: dortoir avec 2 lits superposés avec 4 couchages
