### Villa Capicciola, 8 pers, piscine, 30 m plage

Très belle villa vue mer et accès plage direct (30 mètres), située dans un domaine privé fermé par un portail électrique et surveillé par un gardien.  
  
D’une surface d’environ 180 m2, elle comprend 4 chambres pouvant accueillir 8 personnes, sur trois demi niveaux.  
Villa avec wifi et climatisation dans les deux chambres du haut. Les deux chambres du bas n'ont pas besoin de climatisation, elles se tempèrent naturellement ainsi que la pièce à vivre.  
  
Au niveau inférieur :  
Une chambre comportant 2 lits en 90 cm que nous pouvons rapprocher.  
La deuxième chambre a également 2 lits en 90 cm que nous pouvons rapprocher.  
Ces 2 chambres se partagent une salle de bain avec douche et baignoire, Les WC sont indépendants.  
Elles ont un accès direct au jardin et à la piscine.  
  
Niveau principal :  
Une grande pièce à vivre offrant une vue traversante sur la piscine, la mer et la plage de Capicciola.  
La cuisine ouverte et entièrement équipée.  
  
A l’étage :  
1 chambre parentale ( lit en 160 cm) avec balcon et salle de bain vue mer(douche,baignoire, meuble double vasque), WC dans indépendant.  
La deuxième chambre possède également un lit en 160 cm avec salle d'eau privative et WC séparé.  
  
L’extérieur :  
La piscine plage fera le plus grand bonheur des parents et des enfants en bas âge: elle possède une barrière de protection pour plus de sécurité.  
  
Au fond du jardin un petit portillon qui vous invitera à aller directement sur la plage de sable blanc et eau turquoise.  
  
Une grande terrasse avec plancha pour passer des moment conviviaux en famille ou entre amis avec une vue mer exceptionnelle

Serviettes de plage de qualité (100x150): \*\*10€ TTC\*\*/personne et par séjour  
  
Le quartier  
Depuis le terrain, un portillon permet l’accès à la plage de Capicciola.  
Environnement calme et sécurisé par un portail électrique à l'entrée du domaine.

La SC Immobilier Conciergerie sera sur place pour vous accueillir. Elle vous contactera avant votre arrivée et sera disponible tout le long de votre séjour.
