Surrounded by greenery, on the edge of the maquis, the house has a private swimming pool of 3m x 8m, a covered terrace with a plancha and an outdoor lounge area.  
  
The pool is heated off-season if necessary.  
  
It includes a room of about 40 m², with a fully equipped kitchen area, a dining area and a comfortable lounge with LED screen television.  
  
The two air-conditioned bedrooms are equipped with king-size beds in 180x200. The bedding is modular into two 90x200 - please specify the type of bedding for each room when booking.  
  
One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with WC; the other has a separate bathroom with WC.  
  
There is an electrical outlet in the parking area for hybrid rechargeable vehicles only.  
  
For fortnightly rentals, a cleaning service with linen change is included in the rate.
