Spacious house in a peaceful village, perfect for a vacation away from city crowds, accommodating up to 12 guests. The property features a large garden with a pool and 12 sun loungers, ideal for relaxation.  
The villa consists of two separate buildings, each with its own entrance, perfect for larger groups or two families. Together, they offer 6 bedrooms and traditional Istrian decor, providing a homey feel.  
The larger house includes a living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, bathroom, and toilet on the ground floor, and two en-suite bedrooms on both the first and second floors. The smaller house has a similar layout with a living room, kitchen, dining room, and bathroom on the ground floor, and two en-suite bedrooms on the first floor.  
Outdoor amenities include a covered dining area with a spacious table and chairs, a swing and slide for children, and stone walls providing privacy by the pool.
