In the hamlet Dončići 2 km from the centre of Kanfanar, 6 km from the centre of Žminj, 20 km from the centre of Rovinj, 18 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: property 3'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool angular (7 x 3 m, 24 m2, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 07.May. - 24.Sep.) with internal staircase. Patio, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Motor access to the house (300 m via unmade road). Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 2 km, restaurant 6 km, bus stop 2.2 km, pebble beach 18 km. Please note: airfield 37 km from the property.
    3-room house 60 m2 on 2 levels. Living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), satellite TV (flat screen), DVD. Open kitchen (2 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, 2 gas rings, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: entrance hall, ceiling height 185 cm with air conditioning. 2 rooms with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 120 - 185 cm, each room with 2 beds. No heating option. 2 terraces. Einfach super!

Absolute Alleinlage, dadurch absolute Ruhe. Schöner, großer Pool auf schönem großen Grundstück. Klimaanlage ist Gold wert ;-) Mit dem Auto ist alles sehr gut in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Sehr schöne Gegend - Pula, Rovinj, Porec, Labin, Rabac usw... Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen!

Super Objekt

Das Objekt ist wie beschrieben und liegt ein wenig abseits des Ortes Doncici. Es ist über einen gut befahrbaren Schotterweg zu erreichen. Durch die Lage, mehr oder weniger im Wald, ist es dort sehr ruhig und man hört nur die Natur. Unseren beiden Hunden hat besonders das große Grundstück gefallen, wo sie so richtig laufen konnten. Für Hundebesitzer die Anmerkung, dass das Grundstück nicht komplett eingezäunt ist. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und ist für bis zu 4 Personen geeignet. Die Klimaanlage ist sehr gut angebracht, so das sie auch die obere Etage mit kühlt. Der Pool ist ein Traum und wurde zweimal die Woche von der Hausverwalterin gereinigt. Liegen und Sonnenschirm sind dort vorhanden. Die Liegen sollten aber vielleicht einmal erneuert werden. Die Lage der Unterkunft eignet sich sehr gut, um kleine Besuche in den nahegelegenen Orten zu tätigen. Rovinj liegt ca. 30 min Fahrzeit entfernt. Rundum gibt es einige gute Restaurants, In Zminj, gibt es alles für den täglichen Bedarf. Wobei wir den Metzger im Ort empfehlen können.

Dieses kleine gemütliche Haus ...

Dieses kleine gemütliche Haus inmitten der Natur hat alles was man braucht, wie z. B. Wasch– u. Spülmaschine. Besonders erwähnenswert ist der wunderschöne Pool, die einladenden Terassen und Sitzplätze im Garten, sowie die ruhige und ungestörte Lage. Die zuverlässige, freundliche und hilfsbereite Hausverwalterin säubert 3 x pro Woche kurz und gründlich den Pool, was überhaupt nicht stört. Außerdem erhält man einmal pro Woche frische Bettwäsche. Ein kleines Fleckchen Paradies mit Schmetterlingen und beruhigendem Vogelgezwitscher – Entspannung pur. Reisetipps: Rovinj, Bale, Pula, Porec, Groznjan – wunderschöne relativ naheliegende Städte, die zur Besichtigung einladen oder ein Ausflug an die Kvarner Bucht... Dies alles sind nur ein paar Beispiele für dievielen schönen Fleckchen, die dieser Teil Kroatiens zu bieten hat. Die Zeit wird einem nicht langweilig und man verliert sein Herz an Istrien.

Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Kein Autolärm, nur die Vögel und die grillen hört man. Erholung perfekt. Reisetipps: Roviny Fazana Eine Schiffahrt ab Roviny mitmachen.

ein sehr schöner Garten, sehr ...

ein sehr schöner Garten, sehr groß und ruhig gelegen. Ein sehr gepflegter Pool und ein süßes kleines Haus dazu, dass super ausgestattet ist. Alles in einem top gepflegten Zustand. Das einzige, was nicht so toll war: das Bad, das war nicht schön, aber auch dort hat alles funktioniert.
