Urlaub im Hinterland Istrien

In diesem idyllischen Landhaus aus Stein fehlt es an Nichts. Wer ohne Trubel Urlaub machen möchte ist Bestens aufgehoben. Eine super nette Eigentümerin, die uns mit Eiern von glücklichen Hühnern, selbstgemachten Wein , Tomaten und Weintrauben aus eigenem Anbau versorgt hat…gern wieder. Waschmaschine und Geschirrspülmaschine sind vorhanden. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!

Ładny odrestaurowany stary tradycyjny dom, czysty, dobry kontakt z gospodarzem, duże podwórze, grill i wspaniały basen. Cisza i spokój, wiejska okolica nad morze 30 - 40 min. Miejsce dodne polecenia.

Rustikale Unterkunft mit sehr netter und zurückhaltender Vermieterin die unauffällig jeden frühen Morgen das wunderbare Pool gereinigt hat. Die Umgebung ist gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen!

Kleines, uriges Häuschen

Wir sind zu 4 mit Hund angereist, Und waren alle allgemein zufreiden. Das Häuschen ist etwas kleiner als erwartet, vorallem die Küche ist wirklich sehr schmal 😅 Bei Anreise wurde offenbart das unser Hund nur im Erdgeschoss aufhalten darf und nicht mit in die oberen räume (Schlafräume) darf. Das fanden wir nicht gut, viele Hunde haben ein problem damit in einem fremden Land, in einem fremden Haus alleine unten zu Schlafen, wenn alle anderen oben schlafen. Zumal er ja auch was Kostet 😅 sollte man vielleicht einfach ins Inserat schreiben. Die Besitzerin lebt im Anbau, auf dem Grundstück und hat da ihren Garten und Hühner. Leider konnte sie nur Kroatisch und Italienisch, aber mit Händen und Füßen, ja, nein und super, konnten wir alles klären. Sie ist aber sehr unauffällig und nimmt sehr viel Rücksicht auf die Urlauber 😊 Sehr freundliche Dame. Die Austattung der Küche und des Hauses ist sehr einfach, aber das aller nötigste ist vorhanden. Natürlich ist es ein sehr altes Haus, was sich im gesamten Haus wiederspiegelt.

Aufenthalt im Haus Jadranka

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einem wunderschönen Garten mit gepflegtem Swimmingpool. Das Haus versprüht einen gemütlichen mediterranen Charme. Leider ist es im Haus sehr dunkel, hier würden hellere Lampen ganz schnell Abhilfe schaffen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett. Wir waren mit Hund unterwegs und der große eingezäunte Garten war für uns optimal. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist zentral und sehr vorteilhaft wenn man viele Punkte Istriens erreichen will.

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub

Kroatien ist eine Reise wert. Es war traumhaft. Das Haus war sehr schön, genauso wie das Grundstück. Alles ordentlich und gepflegt, schöner Pool und die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich… man bemerkt sie garnicht. Handtücher wurden gewechselt und alles war sauber. Man kann die größeren Städte innerhalb einer halben Stunde erreichen.

Schöner Urlaub

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit im Haus Jadranka. Pool zur Alleinnutzung ist perfekt. Eigentümerin, sehr bemüht, hat täglich (Früh morgens) den Pool gereinigt. Das Haus hat wenige Fenster, zudem auch noch kleine, daher sehr dunkel. Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles vorhanden. 2 Ventilatoren sind vorhanden, keine Klimaanlage. Durch das dicke Mauerwerk ist es im Haus aber angenehm temperiert. Haus sehr hellhörig und Holzboden (OG + DG) knarrt ziemlich! Kl.Kühlschrank inkl Gefrierfach
