Villa Leonika is a romantic, beautiful and fully equipped villa in the heart of the Istrian peninsula, just 20 minutes drive from the nearest beach. The garden has 1.500m² surrounded by trees, children's playground with swings and a slide  
 barbecue and a large outdoor dining table.  
  
The villa consists of the living room and three bedrooms, with two bathrooms, the kitchen and the space for dinning.   
Terrace and barbecue table for 6 people.   
Conditioning and electrical heating facilities are provided.

Wir haben dort einen wundervollen Familienurlaub verbracht. Besonders der große Garten und die Grillstelle waren ein Highlight: perfekt geeignet für unsere Kinder, um draußen zu spielen, und für gemütliche Stunden mit der ganzen Familie.Im Haus selbst war jeglicher Komfort vorhanden, sodass wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt haben. Alles war sauber, gut ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet.Der große Garten und die Grillstelle haben unseren Aufenthalt wirklich besonders gemacht – wir konnten dort entspannen, spielen und gemeinsame Zeit verbringen. Es war einfach ideal für unsere Bedürfnisse als Familie.Wir können diese Unterkunft von Herzen.
