Overall a good stay. The rooms in -1 near the children’s playroom was pretty loud because of children until 10pm or so

Great stay

We enjoyed the hotel. Booked 3 nights at first and added one more. Breakfast was great and also dinner. Better the restaurants in town. Pool was nice, loved the salt room and the sauna. Not very close to the center- we used our car. But it’s walking distance

Wonderful Family Getaway at a Perfect Location

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was clean and family-friendly, and the staff were professional and accommodating, communicating effortlessly in English. When we decided to extend our stay for another night, the front desk agent made the process easy and stress-free. The pool was clean, and I enjoyed the best massage—just what I needed! The hotel's location was ideal, just a short walk to charming markets, restaurants, and more. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for families looking for a peaceful and relaxing vacation.

To start with, the hotel is located on a hill above the center and the lake, approximately a 15-minute walk from the central plaza. In return, the hotel is far from noise and crowds. The lobby area is well-proportioned and nicely designed. We are a family of four, and we were upgraded to PH-level rooms. The main floor has a kitchen equipped with all utensils and other essentials, a dining table, a seating area, and a modern bathroom. The bedroom with cabinets is located on the upper floor. The beds are quite comfortable, and everything is well maintained and clean. The hotel has a very nice swimming pool with showers and a sauna. There is also a gym which we haven't used. The breakfast is a self-serve buffet with an extraordinary choice of food, fruit, and desserts. The only thing we didn't like is that smoking is allowed in the lounge area. We watched the FIFA World Cup finals with our children, and everyone around us was smoking. We understand it's a local custom, and we wouldn't mind if there was an alternative place to watch the broadcast.
