I liked the multiple hallway entrances. The free breakfast was a good start to the day, not too heavy. The housekeeping staff was very friendly and responsive to my questions and rooming needs. The mattress was near new and therefore not sunk in at the middle. The included fridge and microwave were appreciated. I would definitely stay there again.

Great location in the town of Kanab. Room was comfortable and clean. It was quiet and I was able to sleep. The common hallways were in need of vacuuming. There was no cable TV and WiFi was weak. Breakfast was adequate. For the price, it was good.

This is a fantastic place for staying a few nights and exploring the Kanab area! There is a lot of hiking in the area that includes local slot canyons, The Wave (if you can get permits), and Zion National Park, all within an hour drive. The motel is basic, but everything worked perfectly. It was quiet at night, and the free breakfast was decent. I've never seen a motel this nice at this price point! We're staying here anytime we are in the area.

The staff was very helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The TV and ice maker didn't work but overall a good experience.

It was just a great place, we had to pull over and found this place, it was a great stay, rooms were clean, only down size was that the room was extremely cold, and the water pressure is a little bad.

Do not remove your shoes when you walk in the room because the carpet will mess up your socks. Wear a mask to avoid breathing in what smells like mold and and enjoy the dingy out dated decor.

have to disagree with most of negative review, this place was cozy, comfortable and quiet. Yes, needs new carpet in hallways and rooms. Breakfast was ok, could have added some fresh fruit. I would stay here again..

I was a bit concerned by some of the poor reviews of I'd read, but the room was just fine to us. We weren't paying for a Hilton. It was clean, smelled like baked goods, comfortable.

The staff was nice, polite and helpful. Check in and Checkout was efficient and easy. The property needs major upgrade. The carpets are old and stained. Although the room was cleaned there was stale moldy smell. The window was old and fogged in need of replacement. The size of the room was minimal. It was the cheapest of the available hotels, and we stayed for one night. Would not stay for longer than one night.

Rooms and furnishings need updating. Carpet in the bathroom dressing area had a tear in the edge. AC sounded like. Boeing 747 taking off each time it kicked in. So couldn’t sleep well. Not enough lighting.

Great Value for Cost. Convenient to Zion
This was be best low cost hotel that we have ever stayed in. The room was small but very efficient and comfortable. It had practically everything the higher priced hotels had. The bathroom was updated and large. Front desk was super helpful. We loved the manager, Bubbles, and her human who helped her man the front desk. Breakfast was simple but sufficient with plenty of seating.

Friendly, accommodating staff. Carpeting in the room and hallways was dated and stained in a few places but not bad. Breakfast was adequate. The room air conditioner was loud. The furniture was mismatched but that’s not a big deal from my standpoint. Overall, it was a good value. I would stay there again.

Well, it was the cheapest.....
The room was not very clean. The carpets were very stained and sticky. Even the tiles in the bathroom were sticky. Other than that it was an OK Stay. Breakfast was the normal waffles and packaged oatmeal. The air conditioner was dirty and the buttons were pushed in. There was a remote to control it so it did work.

We ended up not staying in this facility because it was so upkept and dirty. We also had a side by side and there was absolutely no safe place to park it. Disappointed with the staff also.

I am a 76-year-old senior citizen I explained to the gentleman at the desk that I need to be close to my room to carry our belongings in I was given room 131 which required me to go around the building in another door before I could get to the room it was very difficult for someone of my age and physical condition. Rooms are dated, but we found them to be clean in the beds comfortable The room would be good for a one night stand if all you want to do is sleep and leave. Personally I won't be back

I won’t be coming back there
The odor of the place is what turned me off and had me leave the place as soon as I was done eating my waffles. There was musty smell in the bathroom and the room and the hallways smelled like Lysol. I left the windows open to freshen up the place. The waffles were delicious and so was the coffee. My son tried the Raisin Bran cereal. The breakfast was mostly grains and no fresh fruits or protein. The location is beautiful with visible mountains only 40 min away from Zion.
