You are welcomed when you arrive and reception is friendly and helpful.
Room very clean and we received an upgrade which was a nice unexpected perk. Large room with city view and during the heatwave it had air conditioning.
Excellent walkable location to old town and 10 minute walk to sightseeing tours.
