The Gut Stiluppe just finished its renovation, and while the new parts look stunning, the upgrade has yet to proliferate to all parts of the place activity. Specifically, it feels the kitchen needs to really improve - morning eggs arrived at odd shapes (like scrambled eggs that weren’t scrambled before fried), and coffee with regular milk after we explained of a lactose intolerance. I think it will take a bit more time until the service gets to the level of facilities.

The attention to detail at this hotel is incredible. The staff are amazing. The food is great. We will be staying here again.

Staff were very welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay, they could not do enough to help us and make sure our stay was as smooth as possible. Spa facilities were great, lots of options and not too overcrowded. At the beginning of our stay we were given a list of all the activities put on by the hotel that week which was a nice touch. Excellent hotel in Lanersbach near to stop for skibus to Hintertux. Friendly staff and excellent food in restaurant.

Reasonable priced, excellent location & cleanliness

Just got back from a short (too short!) ski break at this wonderful hotel. The food was fantastic as was the service from the staff, the majority of whom spoke really good English. Our room was spotless and the free ski bus to the lift ran regularly. Spa area and outdoor whirlpool was fantastic - just be aware that the saunas etc are clothing optional!

Amazing staff, great dining menu and excellent location.
