"There is ample parking for the hotel, and it was quiet in our room. The room was decently sized but there was a weird lack of storage. We had a balcony room and loved that it came with a screen door. However, the balcony is tiny, not big enough to have chairs on it. Very nice indoor/outdoor pool area. We did request extra towels and they never showed up, I had to find a housekeeper the next morning to grab them. There was no phone in the room where we could follow up with the front desk. The hotel is pretty close to several restaurants and a grocery store."

"We were very happy with the room, which had a king bed and a sleeper sofa. It provided adequate sleeping arrangement for our family of three. One highlight of our stay was the complimentary breakfast. Often on weekends, it can be difficult to find enough food because hotels run out of items and struggle to keep up with demand. We did not experience that problem here. Kudos to the staff for staying on top of everything and keeping the breakfast well stocked. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and found the hotel to be nice. We would have liked to check out the swimming area, but unfortunately, we didn’t have enough time. We would definitely consider staying here again."

"Nice, clean hotel. Breakfast area is small and crowded if more than 2 families are present. Rooms are clean and comfortable. I requested a later check-out (noon) around 8:30 am and was told that it was not possible because they were completely booked for that night. On a Sunday. Funny, there are rooms available online..."

"This was a nice hotel. Conveniently located near Grand Rapids. We were in town for a concert. I must say that the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. The sheets were soft and I had absolutely great sleep, which is a big deal for me. Staff helpful when there was a problem with a duplicate charge on my card. Would recommend to others and would stay again myself."

"We enjoyed our stay. The front desk was very helpful with a place close by to eat and watch a game. I was a little disappointed with the breakfast but should have looked into it more before our trip. Nothing wrong with it but I thought there would be more protein options."
