It’s a new hotel which opened just recently. Accordingly the interior and amenities are fresh and modern.
The staff was friendly but unfortunately not up to the standard of the hotel. Services like breakfast, laundry, restaurant etc. don’t match the quality criteria of a 4* hotel.
Very noisy on some evenings until late night due to loud banquets on the upper floor.

The hotel property is nice, located on lake Victoria with view of the water, a waterside park with benches, play area for children and pool. The rooms are spacious compared to rooms we’ve stayed in while in Europe. ..."
