The hotel located in CBD of Zhengzhou, steps from the subway, very convenient. It is very new, big room and great facilities.

It’s a good place to stay. Subway system and public bus station are within walking distance. The hotel is situated in a nice quiet industrial area. One thing to be mentioned is the concierge department, the staff is very friendly and helpful.

New everything-close to high speed rail station
First time to zhengzhou. This hotel is in a new area not far from the high speed rail station which makes it convenient. Great room, service, and rate makes this my go to hotel for this area in the future.

What is supposed to be an international hotel, operated by a good French hotel group, failed miserably Nobody on reception had a basic knowledge of as second language such as English, French, German or Spanish The room was ice cold, after they installed a heater, the room was unbearably hot. The hotel is situated in an obscure place, neither taxi, or taxi dispenser at the airport had no idea where the hotel was (we had to drive to another hotel to get instruction to go to the hotel, it is not a surprise that around the hotel are no restaurants, shops or even a bar In conclusion, book yourself a hotel in the center of town and forgot this establishment

Stay in this hotel for 3 nights due to attending exhibition. The window is quite dirty as there are can construction going on. The nearby mall had closed down. You can get any decent restaurant nearby. The room service food was not great. Not really enjoy it.

Hotel location is great for evening strolls
It is hard to find when you get there. We hired a taxi from the subway station. After one day and we knew our direction, it is a good evening stroll from the subway station. The area has a lot of restaurants and bars that only come alive in the evening. In the daytime no one is around and the area looks deserted.

Really interesting part of Zhengzhou
Hotel in a nice spot, close to different food options including western fast food. Really nice walk around the parks of convention centre, quite a beautiful area. Hotel is comfortable, a little traffic noise but not too much. They also have an excellent buffet option at the hotel.

Very nice rooms, new and spacious. Great location, close to CBD, exhibition center and local amenities. Will stay here again.

While the room was comfortable, I found the inconsistency of the overall hotel to be unacceptable. In my first room, which they had me move out of for no apparent reason, the power plugs did not work. They repaired them. The coffee service was not refreshed and no amount of contacting front desk resolved the issue. My second room was smaller and there also the plugs did not work. I asked to have them repaired but that never happened. The food in the restaurant was highly overpriced, inconsistent in content and bland. The service in the restaurant was good. I've stayed in many hotels in Asia and this was below my expectations.

Generally Good but...
Hotel was generally very good. It is new and clean with comfortable room. Staff was courteous. Not close to a metro stop--it is a 15 minute walk to the nearest station (for us it was during a very cold January). You need to take a taxi or bus to get to the city center. The neighborhood is residential without many restaurants or shops for visitors.

I was as on a business trip to Zhengzhou. The hotel location in CBD was good for me and also close to the E train station - just 2.5 hours to Beijing.

Worth for price with good services
It was bad that the hotel was quite far from city area. It is quite hard to find a taxi from railway station to hotel because only few taxi know the way. In addition, it took at least 30 mins to struggle with horrible traffic in downtown area to the hotel. The best way is to take subway to exhibition center stop and then take another taxi to hotel. The worth thing about this hotel is its bath room especially drainage system which wasn't good and quite smelly. The quality of bed was good and room condition quite new. The best things about this hotel is its Chinese restaurant (Chaozhou style) while the overall assistance services was quite good.

Great hotel and staff
Everything was great. The food restaurant was outstanding. The staff was beyond belief and most spoke English or try very hard to accommodate your needs. I guarantee you I will return to this hotel in the future. It is located in a very beautiful and tranquil park center.

Clean and modern but so-so food
Highlights: One of the more modern hotels in Zhengzhou, which is desperately needed. The staff were very helpful. Lowlights: The food is OK but uninspiring and the pool is smaller than the Crowne Plaza's, but sufficient.

New and nice touches, but could be improved
The great elements - service was overall good, free WiFi everywhere on hotel grounds and in rooms, and the small kids' room with some books and toys (though some of the stuf looked dubiously old) were good! The not-so-good - we knew we were staying in the new CBD, but had no idea it was a 15-minute "stroll" (hotel staff said 5-6 minutes, maybe if running) to the nearest supermarket/shopping area. I should have checked, but was surprised that the rooms did not all come equipped with a bath tub, which was a pity. The digital clock in the room wasn't adjusted to the right time (I couldn't be bothered to figure it out), the service buttons on the phones weren't working (in the end, we were told to just press '0' for everything...), the indoor pool water was a tad too cold even for the beginning of summer (and I always got stopped for bringing the pool towel up as I had to clad my daughter in it, we always had to come down to return it...duh), and when I wanted some decent coffee one day, I was sent from the cafe to the bar, and still ended up with none as "the only person who can make coffee has gone for a lunch break". The worst - I got woken up on both mornings of my stay by noisy (read: shouting adults and children runnng in corridor) as apparently, they thought it's fine to leave their room doors open as they shouted across to one another - at 6am in the morning. Hotel could have just grouped them all together rather than space them out over the whole floor.
