They didn’t have the room available and asked to return back to 2pm. At 2pm, gave the keys but no room allocated. Multiple calls (staff hung up on an occasion), resulted in getting the room finally at 3:30-3:45pm…really bad management of rooms and if hadn’t called them multiple times, doubtful we would have had a room available till 5-6pm But the room was clean and comfortable. The water park within the hotel was fun activity for the kid to do. Indoor swimming pools as well as outdoor hot pools were great.
