I got in very early and the man at reception was exceptional! He took care of my suitcases. He was so kind to provide me with a light snack and a bottle of water ect.
The entire time in this hotel was filled with wonderful people and exceptional service.

The staff at 1 Hotel Toronto are some of the kindest people I’ve ever met. They truly made me wish I could extend my stay, with the front desk team being particularly exceptional. The rooms are beautifully maintained and very clean, and I highly recommend dining at 1 Kitchen, where the food and fresh juices are absolutely delicious.

Very Friendly service from the front desk. Valet is a little pricey at 55CAD per night, kinda handcuffed to that because there is nowhere else to park, but Valet provided extremely prompt service and easy to use QR code for vehicle accessibility. The area surrounding hotel isn't the greatest but it is very conveniently located to everything you need.
