As a international Flight attendant of 26 years I have extensive experience with Hotels. I only can say CUDOS to the NH staff and the hotel. They offered amenities that sometimes a Hilton or Marriott would not offer. The room was very clean, modern, quiet and that for a extremely reasonable price. I definitely would stay there again.

Despite the breakfast room being bustling with guests, Gabrielle remained a pillar of poise and professionalism. Always smiling, never flustered, she ensured every guest felt attended to with care and genuine warmth. Her dedication made mornings something to look forward to.

The hotel is very traditional There is no elevator to every floor I missed the coffee or water in the lobby for a spa hotel a Must. !!

Spacious. Very reasonable price. Near wine trail. Air conditioning would be a nice addition.

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Baden-Baden. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and made for a relaxing stay. The surrounding area is full of amenities, and dining at The Grill by the casino—just steps away—was a highlight. Breakfast at the hotel was also delicious and well-presented. The only downside was that many local businesses were closed on Sunday and Monday, which limited some exploration. Still, overall, a wonderful experience.
