At the house you enjoy a nice garden and view of the Schmitten River. The house, fitted with wi-fi and satellite television, is positioned between the two main lifts of Zell am See, giving access to its extensive ski area. The main bus station is at the bottom of Schmittenstrasse and public busses will take you to the renowned ski areas of Kaprun or Saalbach/Hinterglemm in 20 minutes. A winter stay It's a nice and cozy apartment with everything you need inside. It's well located between two ski lifts. Warm and comfortable. Die Unterkunft ist recht geräumig und hat alles was man braucht. Sie liegt in der Nähe des Einstiegs ins Skigebiet Zell am See, was es besonders einfach macht auch ohne Bus zum Lift zu kommen. Die Betten hatten teilweise kaputte Lattenroste. Zudem war der Kühlschrank bei Ankunft nicht sauber und das Wohnzimmer am Abend teils recht kalt trotz Heizung.
