Das Mobilar ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, es ist schmuddelig, abgegriffen und durchgesessen. Leider gab es nicht genügend Stühle, wir haben diese dann selber vom Boden geholt. Geschirr ist genügend vorhanden, aber leider dreckig und schmierig. Wir haben vor der Benutzung alles gereinigt. Die Unterkunft war auch dreckig, vorallen die Badezimmer waren sehr schmutzig. Nachdem wir alles etwas sauber gemacht haben (Reinigungsutensilien gibt es keine), war es angenehmer. Die Aufteilung und Platzverhältnisse sind in Ordnung und wie beschrieben. Die Küche war auch gut bestückt mit allen notwendigen Geräten, Töpfen und Pfannen etc. Schöner großer Garten mit vielen Spielmöglichkeiten für die Kinder und angrenzend an die Schafwiese, was die Kleinen sehr zu schätzen wussten.Leider stellte sich bei der Ankunft heraus, dass die Pool war nicht vorhanden, musste noch gereinigt und befüllt werden. Laut Buchungsbestätigung von Belvilla verfügbar von Mai bis Sept. Wir waren hier vom 30.04\. Habe mich beim Eigentümer beschwert und versucht, direkten Kontakt mit Belvilla aufzunehmen, aber sie waren am Samstag nicht erreichbar und über die Website war es absolut unmöglich, die Beschwerde einzureichen. Endlich am Mittwoch Kontakt mit dem Kundendienst, der uns mitteilte, dass wir Recht hätten, der Eigentümer / Vermieter dies jedoch nicht mehr erkennen könne. Es hat unseren Urlaub wirklich getrübt. Da wir extra wegen kleinen Kindern ein Haus mit Pool gebucht hatten, mit dem man aufgrund des Schlaf- und Essrhythmus nicht so leicht davonkommt, ist auch die Privatsphäre auf diesem gemieteten Privathaus schwer zu finden. Wir wurden fast ununterbrochen vom Vater des Vermieters überwacht, der auf dem Bauernhof nebenan wohnt. Z.B. 1\. Wir hatten gerade im entsprechenden Raum im Garten ein Lagerfeuer gemacht und in einem kam er in unseren Garten und fluchte auf Tschechisch, um anzuzeigen, dass dies nicht so hoch erlaubt sei. (Das war es definitiv nicht!). 2\. Er kam auch einmal wütend auf das Feld, weil ein Erwachsener auf dem Trampolin lag, was seiner Meinung nach nicht erlaubt war.3\. Den Müll muss man (logischerweise) trennen, aber sobald wir Lebensmittel in den entsprechenden Eimer gebracht hatten, wurde dieser sofort identifiziert und geleert. Kurz gesagt: keine Privatsphäre, keine Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer/Vermieter möglich, kein Wort Englisch. Dann rief er seine Tochter an, die etwas Englisch konnte, und so mussten wir uns mit ihr und ihrem Vater per Handy verständigen. Was wir positiv berichten können ist, dass das Haus in einer wunderschönen Umgebung liegt. Schön zum Wandern und Radfahren. Wir waren hier ##### Johannes v. Das Objekt gepflegt, wenn man kein Luxus erwartet bekommt man einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub geboten. Die Lage sehr ruhig. Jičín und Mladá boleslav gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wir hatten einen sehr schöne Woche dort verbracht und werden auf jedenfall wieder dort Urlaub machen.
