The apartment stands out for its exquisite decoration and its fantastic location. It is also located next to the ITXAROPENA 1, ITXAROPENA 2 and ITXAROPENA 3 apartments, which makes it a very interesting option if you need two, three or four apartments in the same building.

The Itxaropena tourist apartments are located in the center of Zarautz, on Herrikobarra Street, a quiet, safe and pedestrianized area, and 350 meters from the beach. The apartment consists of a beautiful open planned setup. It has a fully equipped kitchen, living area and a double bed and a full bathroom.

Excelente ubicación, excelente estado en general y muy bien equipado.

Especialmente la limpieza y el estado de todo el apartamento. Por desgracia, al tener ventanas a un patio interior, la ventilación es insuficiente. No obstante, muy buena idea la de colocar un radiador en el baño para secar la ropa de baño.
