Light and simplicity characterize this apartment, featuring a living-dining room with a sofa bed, balconies overlooking the street, a modern kitchen, and a bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a beautiful en suite bathroom. Located on the 2nd floor, it can be booked individually or together with El Encanto del Casco I, located on the 3rd floor. The apartment has a living-dining room with a sofa bed, a table for 4, and a Smart TV, as well as a large balcony overlooking the street. Its modern kitchen, open to the living room, is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso-style capsule coffee machine, kettle, microwave, and more. The bedroom, also with a balcony overlooking the street, offers a 160 cm bed with a memory foam topper, an exposed wardrobe, and a beautiful en suite bathroom. The air conditioning and heating are distributed throughout the home and controlled from the living room console. LOCATION The apartment overlooks Zaragoza's historic center and is surrounded by all the essential shops: supermarket, pharmacy, bars and restaurants, parking, etc. Located next to the Central Market, just a 7-minute walk from El Pilar, and with a tram stop nearby, it allows you to enjoy the city and all its corners. MOBILITY AND PARKING You can walk everywhere or take the tram (30m) or various buses (lines 34, 33, etc.). Pignatelli Street has limited parking and requires a fee, however, there are two paid parking lots nearby: Indigo Cesar Augusto and Índigo Salamero (you can book here). If you arrive by train, you can take bus 34, which drops you off next door on Conde Aranda Street, just 30 meters from there.
