The apartment has a living-dining room with a sofa bed, table for 4 and SmartTV, as well as a large balcony overlooking the street. Its modern kitchen, open to the living room, is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, capsule coffee maker (Nesspresoo style), kettle, microwave, and more.The bedroom, also with a balcony facing the street, offers a 160 cm bed with a memory foam topper, an exposed wardrobe and a beautiful en-suite bathroom. The air conditioning (air conditioning and heating) is distributed throughout the house and is controlled from the living room console.
