The staff was amazing! Each day you were greeted with a big smile and told to enjoy your day! Each night you were greeted with an even bigger smile and wanted to know about all your adventures. Kimpton Aluna Tulum by IHG
Ground floor room was spacious and had its own patio with sun loungers and direct access to pool. Rooftop pool was quiet and comfortable. Staff were friendly, helpful and impecably polite. Hotel has a jungly vibe with palm trees everywhere and thatched roffs which make ut very attractive
