Great hotel, very polite staff. We really enjoyed the room, the view and a New Years concert on the Jelacic square . And the mulled wine on the entrance was a great touch:) The only thing i would change is to have black coffee in the room :)

Es ist halt kein Hotel es ist ein Apartmenthaus, für die Menschen und Mitarbeiter dort sind mega freundlich, sie kümmern sich um alles, aber es gibt keinen Aufzug! Trotzdem kann ich jedem empfehlen wer im Herzen von Zagreb wohnen möchte ist dort richtig

Wifi didn’t work. Really cool old building. Some areas of the hallway floors were raised up. No elevator. Bathroom looked recently renovated. It had a nice big shower. Some nice details in the room. Old velvet headboard bed surround and chair. I avoided touching any of that.

Friendly and helpful. Recommended overnight parking nearby, and the room was nicer than expected. 3rd floor overlooking the market behind the main square. Some noise from breaking down and setting up the produce market but no bar noise on the backside and no issues. Cool old building in the main square, nice room.

The hotel was OK, location is excellent as its right bang in the middle. But found a rag in one of the kitchen drawers - not the best. Only shower gel is provided so do remember to bring shampoo and conditioner. The building is aged and can do better with a little renovation.

The position was fantastic to see Zagreb on foot and public transport. Renovations were underway while we were there but when the scaffolding curtain came down one day after our arrival the view of the main square was lovely. Comfy bed and good bathroom. The kitchenette cupboards tho were broken and no kettle to make a cup of tea. There was a small frypan i could of boiled water in tho, and coffee machine was great. (No milk available)

The start of our Croatian tour.

This facility was about directly behind the horses tail on Ben Jelacic Square. If not for the debris screen (building being renovated on the outside) we would have had a clear and direct view to all the action of The Square. The room was huge. It had great wifi, cooker, microwave, and the bathroom was ample but for the sticky sliding door. We requested for a hot water pot and were not let down. The host was very friendly and helped us with our bags to the room. We enjoyed our stay there as we began our Croatian part of the tour. Would recommend this place.

I forfeited my 3 days reservations because no one was at the reception desk. Sign at the door is 0800 and 2200. Door was locked when we arrived at 2245, We called the hotel number, no answers, several times. One tenant came in and told us that there is no one at the reception. We went back the next day, reception unmanned. Called their number again, no reply. Reception area and lobby is a mess. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. I reserved this accommodation through trip advisor, This place has no customer service.

Tom the Host wa absolutely excellent! He went above and beyond to give us the greatest experience. His service was that spot on, that we decided to stay there again for our return to Zagreb. I highly recommend this hotel for the excellent hospitality, service, and location.
