Excellent breakfast buffet. Free parking. Reasonably comfortable, if somewhat solid, bed. Good wifi. Quiet. Would be nice to also provide softer pillows, and have smart TVs.

10 minutes from the Zagreb airport. Property called taxi for us in the morning. Good modern hotel in quiet neighborhood, Nice room. Excellent breakfast. Crepes, eggs, pastry, yogurts, good coffee, cheese. Served early to help the early travellers. We are very happy with our stay.

Great hotel. Front desk staff excellent as our room booking which we had for two beds only showed up as a single bed?? The front desk found us great room with two twins. Breakfast was outstanding. No airport shuttle available despite being advertised

Staff were incredibly helpful, specially the cleaning staff in assisting me with my personal laundry. I recommend this place if you’re looking to stay close to the airport, they also offer Taxi service at any hour. Ride is about 10mins.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise, as I don't typically have high expectations of Best Western. We chose this hotel primarily for its proximity to the highway and airport. However, we found the rooms to be spacious, very clean, and the breakfast was amazing. The staff were very helpful and they all spoke excellent English. There is a bus stop about a one minute walk from the hotel. From there you can take a 20 minute bus ride directly to downtown Zagreb for less that a euro per person. Vastly superior to driving and trying to find parking downtown (trust me on that!). The hotel offers lots of free parking and excellent access to the highways if you are doing day trips by car. For those who need to return rental cars to the airport there is even a gas station next door to the hotel, making for easy fill ups. Overall I recommend this property highly.

This was the perfect property to stay near the airport before our flight the next day. It was comfortable, clean, well furnished and the staff was exceptional. It was a national holiday, so many restaurants were closed, but the front desk helped us download an app to have food delivered. There is a very nice cocktail bar in the lobby so we could order drinks to take to our room. Breakfast was outstanding with a full buffet. Highly recommend this Best Western!
