It was convenient for what we needed. We stayed in room 318. The exhaust fan does not work in the bathroom, the carpet feels like its always wet. The walls look like they tried to repaint after they repaired some water damage but the person put in charge of painting didnt know what they were doing and used the wrong paint on the wrong walls, and house keeping thought itd be a good idea to try to cover it up with a high back chair. The floor in the main room is uneven and causes the night stand drawer to constantly roll open. The TV never worked, luckily we were hardly there or this might have caused a much larger issue.

The staff was not very attentive. We arrived 15 mins early would not allow us to check in. We stood until 3pm as they sat at desk talking. We were allowed to check in at exactly 3 pm. Not friendly at all. Elevator stopped working had to carry luggage down stairs while checking out. Not a good experience.

Dirty room. Room had spiders on the curtains. Shower didn’t appear clean, refrigerator was dirty, microwave showed 9 seconds left from previous guest(s), tv showed “no signal”, ceiling had what appeared to be hand prints, elevator didn’t work, and overheard lady working the front desk say they found a crack pipe in one of the rooms. The lighting in the room was horrible and dimmer than lights at the funeral home. Would not recommend staying here at all. I also have pictures of the baby spiders on the curtains. 0/10 stars.

The sheets were wrinkled and not fresh. I really do not believe they had been changed. The tv remote did not work. The toilet was VERY low to the ground and had to be flushed several times to get it clean. The ice machine was broken.

Tv stopped working, not big deal. But when I requested it fixed, they said maintenance would be in 8am. I left and came back around 1pm and nothing was fixed. They came and fixed it but now the sound wasn’t working. Front desk asked if I would just like to move to new room which I did. Walk into the new assigned room across the hall and staff member is sitting in the chair relaxing. I was shocked and so was he, he says excuse me and leaves. Half used roll toilet paper on the roll. Big spot on carpet in new room. Lighting in bathrooms pretty dim. If that were not enough, an hour before check out, same employee (I think), opens my door and walks in, no knock. He sees me lean up from the bed and then walks back out, no explanation. I assume this is his personal retreat when guests are not there? I doubt he was coming to clean b/c different employee with a cart knocked earlier and asked if I was checking out soon so he could know when to come back. Overall weird smell in hallway. Breakfast quality was mediocre. Will not be staying again.

Amazing staff
The staff at this hotel were amazing. They were friendly, knowledgeable, professional and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good and varied. We stayed in a suite, comfortable bed. The room was large with a small tv. My husband has low vision and had to pull a bench in the room in front of the television. I had trouble seeing the guide and detail from the bed. A large room deserves a large TV. The lights in the bathroom were very dim, definitely not able to apply makeup in this bathroom. The toilet was in a cubby in the bathroom and not lit. This makes it difficult for people to see the toilet or things that fall on the floor. Overall we would stay again due to the friendliness of the staff.

Think twice before booking
Room wasn’t ready when we got there and we arrived way later than normal check in time. The room was not clean, found pills on the floor i guess from previous guest and the shower was FILTHY! It was nasty and had not been clean properly…had hair and red stuff in it. Overall, did not enjoy the stay and the heat did not work as well. Will never book to stay here ever again

I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past and will not be back. To begin, the front desk staff were very friendly, but it all stopped there. I had two rooms, and neither had been cleaned. Both rooms had very low water pressure, and the door handles on the clothes in one room completely came off. The other handle was already missing so no way to access the iron or ironing board. Breakfast was very disappointing. This was a great hotel, but has gone downhill. They are not keeping up with maintenance. As you can tell, there was a prior water leak in one room from above, as the ceiling was discolored and the plaster was cracking. On my next visit, I will have to find another hotel.

Very comfortable stay for a short-notice trip. This was a long drive for our family. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent! Due to COVID-19, I always make a point to spray lysol to help with germs as thus was our first hotel stay since the pandemic. The staff made us feel important and they were nice. Parking is easy, well lit parking lot. Staff was very nice and courteous. Hot breakfast, I had eggs, sausage and grits. There were other items to choose from. My room mini fridge didn’t get cold. Bathtubs are extremely slippery. Strange green substance on shower curtain.

It was easy to locate and to check in. When I pointed that the handle on the shower door was a little loose on my 2nd day there, there was no hesitation in moving me from Rm. #315 down to Rm. #205. Other than the loose handle on the shower door, the 2 lamps in the room could have been cleaner than they were as there was dried bug sh__ on each. Overall, my stay at your place met my expectations and I enjoyed my stay there.

Unfortunately this hotel has dramatically changed. We have had 4 visits and the last was two years ago and they were great! Since then it looks like it’s going out of business. Every surface is worn, coffee machine broken. No tea amenities, no lemon for the “lemon” water. Chairs are worn so bad they scratch. Housekeeping doesn’t come on request and one towel per person. It is rough :(

Breakfast was not good, no coffee hard boiled eggs stale, nothing to drink, except water, my room wasn’t cleaned for seven days, after I asked twice, I asked for another room just so I could have a clean one, but never got one. they didn’t answer the front desk phone. The price is about a third more than I paid a year ago and service was not good. I got clean towels once in seven days just seems like there’s a lot of people there but nobody’s working sorry to be so harsh but just thought you should know. I run a business and like to get some negative feedback not a lot from customers, but it helps me know what needs to be fixed. I realize I was extended stay, but I paid the same price so it seems like I could’ve gotten the same service.

TV in room would not go black when turned off. I had to unplug it and when I plugged it up the next morning it wouldn’t work at all. No coffee in the morning in the dining room and no attempts to arrange other means of providing coffee in the dining room. No air conditioning in the hall ways or elevator and it was hot that day.

I was in 3 different rooms. There were bad carpet stains in all rooms. All rooms smelled of mold, and in one of them the carpeting under the AC was wet from condensation. The staff tried their very best to make up for the poor condition of the hotel, but this experience was not good.
