Bullet 7 km from Ste-Croix: The path is always clear for check-in and check-out. In addition, the path can be cleared during the guests' stay at their own expense (CHF 20.- per passage) if requested beautiful chalet "Chalet la Frêtaz", 1'269 m a.s.l., detached, surrounded by trees and meadows. Outside the resort, 2 km from the centre of Bullet, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, 3.5 km from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. Private: natural state property. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access (300 m via unmade road). 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking (for 5 cars) at the house. Shop 7 km, grocery 2 km, restaurant 1.6 km, café 2 km, bus stop "Bullet, bif. Les Cluds" 800 m. Walking paths from the house 1 m, slopes 3.5 km, cross country ski track 1.6 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Les Rasses. Hiking paths: Chasseron. Please note: car recommended. Animals in the neighbourhood.
4-room chalet 100 m2 on 2 levels. Comfortable and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with hi-fi system. 1 room with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Delizio), raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Shower/WC. Floor heating. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed (140 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Shower/WC. Terrace furniture. Marvellous panoramic view of the lake, the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Fire extinguisher. In winter the road to the chalet at the arrival day will be free from snow. During the stay the client is responsible.

Unser Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen Gegend und dem gemütlich eingerichteten Haus tat Geist und Seele gut. Der Weitblick und die Ruhe unbezahlbar. Beim vorhandenen Interieur fehlte es an nichts. Gerne buchen wir wieder.

Die Unterkunft ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Sowohl die Möbel wie auch die Küchenutensilien sind qualitativ auf hohem Niveau. Wer allerdings einen Fernseher sucht ist hier an falscher Adresse. Dafür sind Dutzende von Taschentücher vor Ort, falls das Wetter mal nicht mitspielen sollte. Der Standort bietet zudem eine grandiose Aussicht über den Neuenburgersee und sogar bis zum Genfersee!

Tolles Haus, tolle Gegend, super Aufenthalt

Absprachen bei Wohnungsübergabe haben nicht richtig geklappt, mehrfach Verzug; die Sauberkeit bei Bezug war letzte Jahr erheblich besser, man sollte mal schauen, den tollen hochwertigen Steinboden in Küche und den Bädern neu zu versiegeln, ansonsten werden die Wasserflecken immer mehr...wäre schade drum. Ansonsten macht es einfach Spaß die Zeit dort zu verbringen. Top-Lage!

Das Haus liegt in der Nähe des Dorfes und doch steht es allein. Man kann den Wald, die Felder, die Ruhe und vor allem die überwältigende Weitsicht geniessen. Erholsam für Eltern, Kinder und auch den Hund.

Eine einmalige Aussicht, ruhig gelegen in der Natur. Ein Mangel: Lavabo unten läuft schlecht ab, beide Duschen ebenfalls. Mein Mann hat die untere gereinigt. Eine Herdplatte geht nicht.

Eine Oase der Ruhe in der Natur.

Ein Willkommens-Trunk war eine nette Geste. Einmalige Aussicht! Gemütlich und Stilvoll eingerichtet.Alles da was es braucht. Gerne ein andermal wieder! Mängel: die beiden Duschen und das untere Lavabo laufen nicht gut ab. Eine Gas Platte war defekt.

Das Haus ist Traumhaft und hat eine herrliche Sicht auf den Neuenburgersee. Wer es gerne hat etwas abgelegen zu Wohnen für den ist dieses Domizil absolut zu empfehlen. Einziger Wermutstropfen war die Sauberkeit. Der Boden war noch schmutzig und auf den Betten und Bettbezügen befanden sich Haare. Durch die relativ hohe Wärme im Haus (Heizung auf dem Minimum) neigte alles schnell zu Verstauben. Sonst aber alles top!

Sensationelle Aussicht an ruhiger Lage

Die Lage und die Aussicht waren atemberaubend. Wer es mag, etwas für sich zu sein, ist hier am perfekten Ort. Das Haus ist wunderschön modern und stilvoll eingerichtet. Alles wurde 2019 renoviert und modernisiert. Die Küche und der Essbereich sind absolut komplett ausgerüstet (für unseren Geschmack etwas zu viel von allem). Der Backofen/Dampfgarer High-Tech! Die Sofas sind schön und bequem. Die beiden Badezimmer (WC/Dusche) ebenfalls tiptop.

Das Chalet ist ein absoluter Traum für Erholungssuchende. Das Haus ist wunderschön und nicht billig eingerichtet. Speziell erwähnenswert ist die Sauberkeit des Objektes. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im nächsten grösseren Ort. Schade ist nur, dass die Verwalterin kein bisschen Deutsch spricht.

Sehr gut und schön ausgestattete Wohnung für Naturliebhaber. Im ersten Stock sind nachts Mäuse hörbar. Das hat gestört. Treppe zum ersten Stock nicht geeignet für Leute, die schlecht zu Fuss sind. Für Ausflüge und Einkauf ist ein Auto von Vorteil.

Ein Bijou mit Top-Aussicht auf die Seen und Berge. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Schön ruhig gelegen und doch auch schnell im Dörfchen für die morgendlichen Croissants. Gelegentlich lief sogar ein (wilder) Hase über den Weg. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Weltklasse!

Wer gerne in der Natur ist, ist dort genau richtig. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön, am Morgen sieht man vor dem Haus Reh und Fuchs - traumhaft. Und doch: so ganz abgeschieden ist man nicht. Man braucht zwar ein Auto, aber Einkaufs- und Auflugsziele (wir gingen u.a. zur Areuse-Schlucht und zum Creux du Van) sind nah. Und das Haus selbst und die Einrichtung ist neu, topmodern und sehr stilvoll. Wir haben absolut nichts vermisst! Vielen Dank, dass wir dieses Paradies kennenlernen durften!
