Beautiful hotel
Beautiful views from our hotel room, really great location on the lake and not far from the train station. Friendly staff. Make sure you ask them for a travel card to get free trains as they did no offer this to us initially.

This hotel is fine but be mindful that it is right on the motorway. We were road facing and the door to our balcony was broken so it was quite noisy. We also found a cockroach in our room in the morning. We told reception of these complaints when we were checking out and we were not taken seriously. We were told they couldn't help because we didn't tell them at the time. I'd recommend trying other hotels in the area for a more pleasant stay!

Dear Madam,As we discussed together at the reception in the morning; we could have helped you with the door ( because the door was not broken. You didn't know how to close it well, that 's why you hearded the traffic. If you had called us in the evening, we could have helped you and you could have had a better night. Our reception is 24/24 open. With the door open, a small lezard came into your room. We are sorry for that; it is rare but we are through the vineyeard and they love this environment.Regards

It was in the middle of vineyard with gd views. However, it was also in an isolated area so was v quiet at night. Near train station but with stairs so heavy luggage may be an issue. Good and clean room.

I was really impressed how nice the hotel was, very clean, comfy beds, nice appliances, the area nearby is stunning and the view from the terrace is amazing. However, the guests who were on top of our room were very noisy, and could not sleep much unfortunately. Overall was good.

Great location in relation to the vineyards and wineries of LaVaux, as well as many nice restaurants. Amazing views over Lake Geneva. Very comfortable bed. We really enjoyed our stay.

I have stayed two separate nights in this hotel once with a lake view and once with a wall view. The front desk staff is super nice. Breakfast I can skip it as is very basic and scramble eggs were just okay. Parking is fine as the long restaurant is not running then good luck park on the side of the road. Overall was a good stay and the lake view is truly amazing.

Waking up to this breathtaking view of water and mountains, surrounded by grapevines, is heavenly. The hotel was clean and comfortable and worked well for our family of three. We were here in November but hope to come back some day in September/during harvest. Enjoyed a couple great meals in Cully, particularly Auberge du Raisin.

Our stay was amazing, and the staff were very friendly. The area was quiet and near to the lake. Both Lausanne and Vevey are almost 15 minutes far.

Checked in the hottest day around the year in Switzerland and AC failed to work. Reception promised to waive the rate for stay. The day after, my refund request was denied by the other reception, telling me to message them to confirm via Expedia. Message sent and no reply. Escalate to Expedia customer service, hotel declines to refund. If you like to stay in this hotel at 32C ~100F without AC, go for it!

It’s the only hotel situated on the lake and away from Montreux and Vevey. Smack in the middle of the grapevine treks, a unesco heritage. We were glad to discover and book this hotel for three nights. Overall it was awesome. You need to take S5 train from Vevey or Montreux and the hotel is a few hundred feet from the station. You need to climb a level up.

It was a great hotel. They have a restaurant onsite. Offer breakfast buffet for a charge. They offer free local transportation. Great are to visit in Switzerland. Sits close to vineyards.

Excellent stay!
Wonderful clean comfortable hotel. We loved our stay here for a night. Very friendly staff and excellent view of Lake Geneva from our room! Great base to walk around Lavaux region. Only suggestion is if the towels provided though extremely clean- could be softer! Maybe a fabric softener during laundry would help!

Magnificent view on the lake but noisy
Unfortunately directly on the road and in addition train passing by .Windows closed it was ok but otherwise quite loud which is a pity as the view on the lake is very nice
