Location, location, location. That’s really the saving grace for this property but everything else feels like they’ve been coasting for the last twenty years. Staff was fine, nothing standout. One nice touch was that minibar was included each day. Room did have AC.
Room was basic, TV was mounted 15’ from bed and was about 22” model, definitely need an upgrade. Bidet didn’t work, shower/tub was older narrow claustrophobic size. Most egregious issue was Wi-Fi didn’t work, it would drop every minute or so for a few minutes. Tried both guest and seminar Sid’s, both had same issue. This is a real deal breaker for a 500CHF a night room.
