About this property

The small house. A special place to rest. Near Madrid and Toledo.

  • Bungalow. Independent apartment of the main house where the owners live with a garden and common pool. A double bedroom, bathroom with shower, toilet, living room with sofa bed for a child, flat TV and kitchenette integrated with all services. Very cool in summer and warm in winter. Soundproof and maximum silence. Non-exclusive use of all the common exterior parts of the main house including the pool in summer. Barbecue and garden furniture. Solarium. We only carry out maintenance, irrigation and exterior cleaning tasks during the stays and therefore we may come across the garden sometime. During the stay invitations of friends or family are not allowed. We only accept one pet, maximum 10 kg. In the reservation you must declare the breed of the dog. Other animals such as cats, birds and reptiles are not allowed. There are no other users admitted during the stay and parties and night noises are not allowed. Nudism is not allowed in outdoor facilities.

Mi pareja y yo hemos estado alojados desde el sábado 5 hasta el sábado 12 de Septiembre. PROS: Parcela enorme, con barbacoa y piscina. Intimidad TOTAL. A 5 minutos en coche del centro del pueblo. La parte de la piscina viene con duchas. Por la noche se ilumina la parte de fuera automáticamente (iluminación muy tenue). La barbacoa tiene de todo (carbón, madera, pastillas para encender fuego, cerillas, piñas y muchos tipos de parrilla, atizador, pinzas...) La casa es bastante acogedora, no le falta ningún detalle (cafetera, para hacer sándwiches, ollas, sartenes...) La ducha es una maravilla, muy cómoda. También tienen de todo (desodorante, desmaquillador, compresas...) Personalmente yo no lo tendría, lo veo un poco antihigiénico (¿quién usaría un desodorante de otra persona que ni conoces?). Suponemos que son cosas que han ido dejando otros inquilinos y que por no tirarlos se dejan para ver si lo aprovechan otras personas. CONTRAS: En la parte de la barbacoa hay un pequeño lavadero, apenas es útil porque no cabe la parrilla y al final no sabes dónde poder lavarlo, nosotros nos encontramos con una llena de grasa (suponemos que de anteriores inquilinos que tampoco supieron donde poder lavarla). La cama para nosotros ha sido una tortura, muy blanda y a nuestro parecer muy usada. Mi pareja dormía en un lado y yo en el otro...los dos nos íbamos para el medio, como que tenías que anclarte para no ser "engullido" por el medio. El sofá...otra agonía. Duro como una piedra, se te clavan todos los muelles. Cuando llevas un par de horas ahí sentado empiezas a moverte para buscar posturas cómodas, pero no las hay... NUESTRO HUMILDE CONSEJO: Cambiar el colchón y el sofá (al comentárselo a los dueños, nos dijeron que eran nuevos, pero que sea nuevo, no tiene nada que ver con que sea bueno). Hay colchones que son de memoria, ni duros ni blandos. Son caros, pero estás apostando por el confort y la salud de tus inquilinos. No facilitar cosas de higiene que debe de ser personal e intransferible. Adaptar la parte de la barbacoa con un lavabo grande. Afilar los cuchillos. Tienen un juego pero no cortan. Dejar a mano una pala matamoscas. No nos gustó mucho que tuviésemos que dejar el coche aparcado fuera. Tienen muchísimo espacio como para aparcar hasta 4 coches y aún así tuvimos que dejarlo fuera de la propiedad, orillado a la acera para que pudieran pasar otros coches...

Estancia muy recomendable

El alojamiento fue estupendo, la piscina y la zona de la terraza fue exclusivamente para nosotros y el trato con los dueños fue muy bueno. Nos encontramos el apartamento muy limpio y al tener aire acondicionado no pasamos nada de calor incluso yendo en agosto. Nos han quedado ganas de volver y lo haremos!
