Quiet RV living on a shared and gated lot with your own private driveway and 5 ft high fenced yard. This furnished 2 bedroom cozy trailer has 2 slide outs with queen and twin beds.

All utilities included: electric, water, sewer, trash, propane, WiFi, Dish Network and Roku TV. Outdoor grill, washer, refrigerator, microwave, coffee makers, toaster oven, dishes, cotton sheets, towels, pillows, heat and air conditioning provided.

Self check-in and not in 55+ RV park. Quiet neighborhood and owner lives onsite. I value my privacy and will respect yours. You most likely will not see me unless you need something.

The entire RV retreat is yours during the stay and includes off street parking, entrance gate and fenced area. There is a pool on the property, but not heated in the winter. The space is furnished with anything you may need to get you started including coffee, bottled water, paper towels, soap, etc.

Your host will gladly wash the towels and sheets during your stay, and also one load of clothes per week if requested. There is a small washing machine but no dryer in the unit. Clotheslines provided and laundromats nearby.

Kindly keep in mind before booking that a RV camping trailer has some quirks such as height and weight limitations, poor insulation and water pressure, holding tank maintained from the outside, and use of propane for the on-demand water heater, furnace, stove and BBQ.
