Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Canceled our reservation the morning of our arrival date.

The owner canceled my reservation the morning of our arrival. They refunded our money and sent a message saying that they “did not turn on the listing” on VRBO. This left us scrambling at the last minute to find a new place. This was particularly challenging as our destination was unusually popular during our dates due to an event happening. Truly disappointed and found this very unprofessional.
