Welcome to Desert Ruby- your home away from home! Our convenient, spacious, and cozy home hosts up to 8 guests. Features game room, living room (75 inch TV), home gym, backyard gazebo and daybed, chef-grade kitchen, fast wifi, detached home office- everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Centrally located in a quiet neighborhood in YV- less than 5-minute drive to restaurants and shops, less than 15-minute drive to both park entrance and Pioneertown.

The space
Desert Ruby is a spacious 4 bed (one master bedroom with ensuite bath, one bedroom with 2 twin beds, one bedroom with 1 queen bed, and one bedroom-turned home gym equipped with a comfortable full collapsible bed and mattress if needed), 2 baths, 1933 sqft property filled with modern decor and all necessary amenities. On-site parking for up to 4 cars. Comfortable living room couch and game room couch bed can also sleep additional guests. The property also features a fully stocked chef-grade kitchen (fridge, oven, toaster, dishwasher, air fryer, coffeemaker, blender etc.) and a dedicated game room with pool table, dart board, board games and foosball coffee table. Large garage with washer and dryer.

Backyard entertainment includes gazebo with dining table, stargazing daybed, outdoor games (tetherball, bocce ball and cornhole), and BBQ grill. Front yard features porch set and porch swing that allow you to rest and enjoy the beautiful mountain view at sunrise and sunset.

Home gym features a 50 inch TV, a 3-in-1 elliptical/upright exercise bike/recumbent bike trio trainer exercise machine, a pull-up bar dip station, yoga mat and yoga ball, resistance bands, jump rope, as well as an imbedded space for a collapsible full-size bed (provided). Detached ADU is equipped with office table set and portable AC unit for your work-from-home needs. Master temperature control systems keeps the house cool in the summer and warm in the winter. RV hookup also available. The entire property is fenced- perfect for pets to run around and enjoy their time as well!

Great place to stay!
The owners were attentive and responsive. The house was clean with a cute coffee station and wine station. Wifi was fast enough for meetings. And the gym was basic but clean and convenient. With 4 bedrooms - plenty of place to spread around, especially for 1 family. The backyard was huge and spacious.

We love Desert Ruby!
Everything about the property was perfect. The spacious backyard was nice for our dog to run around and stretch his legs, and the hammocks and swing were fun to just sit back and relax. We loved going outside to stargaze and just enjoy the quiet and peaceful surroundings. There were even dog and infant supplies available which were greatly appreciated. The bedrooms were so cozy and comfortable, and the giant tv in the living room was perfect for movie night. Thank you Jerry for letting us stay in your beautiful home!

Yucca Valley Stay
This was our first visit to the area and it did not disappoint. The location of the home was perfect and close to a lot of trails and parks. Not far from Palm Springs and an easy drive. The house was great and had everything we needed. The yard was awesome. Quite unique area with star filled evenings.

Great location for stay for Joshua tree national park
Property located 10 min from park entrance so you can beat the traffic on busy day for park. Property was clean and furnished well to feel like home. Enjoyed our 2 night stay.
