"I was pleasantly surprised by how plush and nice the bedding was. The staff who assisted me at check-in and check-out were very helpful. The room was fine and had all the expected things. My two less than perfect comments are about the TV signal (on the channel we watched) was regularly lagging, so that the signal/picture had to catch up to the broadcast. My second comment is about the slow (and noisy) filling toilet. Other than those two things, everything was as expected. I appreciate the ease of reserving the room, and the friendly staff. "

"Spacious rooms that are updated and comfortable. Outdoor pool and hot tub. Location had an "industrial" feel. There are roosters/chickens around the area (Yuba City thing) that you will hear in the mornings. Not a bother, just an FYI. Overall, great stay. Would stay again - no problem. "

"IHG/Expedia - NO HUMANS - I was unable to cancel my via the AI system. When I asked the AI if it was a human, it would only reply something like "I am a certified agent". I tried for over an hour through various chat bots. Never found a human. Was unable to cancel and get a refund. Was unable to make a complaint, even. NEVER USING EXPEDIA OR IHG AGAIN, UNTIL THEY HIRE HUMAN CUSTOMER SERVICE. "
