"VERY disappointing stay. The hotel failed to disclose that it was under major renovation before we booked. While we understand construction happens, guests should be informed. We had to change rooms because of a strong odor and poor cleanliness, excessive humidity, and the other rooms our group booked were also very dirty. "I arrived fairly late and the check in was by a kiosk which I wasn't real happy about. The person isn't there to see what's happening and couldn't help the person in front of me who had the wrong date for check in. There's no elevator but it's only 2 levels.
