Ideally situated a walk to the main centre and Menin Gate, our room was more than we expected, large, clean with a large bathroom with everything needed during our 2 day visit. Every morning a lovely breakfast with as much coffee as needed and at a time to suit us. Nancy our Host was exceptionally welcoming being multi Lingual including fluent English and very informative of the sightseeing places nearby. Her continental breakfast was amazing and the best continental breakfast we have had from any hotel or B&B in the world. The room was immaculate, of good size and a large en-suite which included a nice bath (my wife loved the soak in it). The location was fantastic with a 5 minute walk to the square which is full of eating options from icecream and waffles to very good restaurant dining and the Flanders Museum, 8 minute walk to the Mennin Gate and free roadside parking outside the B&B. The rooms are clean and quiet. The property is situated 10 minutes from the Menin Gate. The hosts are fabulous, nothing is too much trouble and the breakfast is divine.
