This authentic 60 m² fisherman's house in Yport, Normandy, sleeps up to 6 in 3 bedrooms. The first floor has a double bedroom with a desk area and dressing room, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. The second floor has another double bedroom and a third bedroom with 2 bunk beds (90 x 190 cm). The private open-plan kitchen has a multifunction oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, induction hob, extractor hood, toaster and coffee maker. There is also a living room and dining area. Amenities include private Wi-Fi, TV, step-free indoor access and a washing machine. A second toilet is on the terrace level.



Enjoy your small, private south-facing garden in the peaceful courtyard, ideal for breakfast or lunch in the sun or shade. The quiet lane setting lets you park your car and explore on foot.



Pets are welcome on request for an extra fee. Events are not allowed. Beds are made for your arrival and towels are provided. The sea is a 2-minute walk away through charming lanes. All shops and services are within walking distance: a supermarket, bakery, butcher, restaurants, bars, pharmacy and doctor. Ideally located 5 km from Fécamp and 10 km from Étretat, the house is a great base for exploring the cliffs and coastal attractions. Minimum stay: 3 nights for weekend breaks, or weekly stays.



Please note: a new all-wood staircase, suitable for everyone, has replaced the spiral staircase.
