The front desk staff were helpful and friendly even before we checked in, helping us making arrangements to change room types and making sure our family's rooms were together. The rooms themselves were comfortable and cozy (we loved the bathrobes and the heated bathroom floors!) and the bed was so plush we got great sleep. We were initially concerned about noise since all the rooms faced the courtyard and while we could hear some foot traffic...
