Charming home with direct lake access, close to town

"Our stay in Greenville was really excellent. The hosts, Ken & Lindsay were great. The place was very beautiful, with the dock being the best feature. The view was absolutely stunning, and was one of the highlights of our weekend. Our group had a blast at this property. It was a great experience, and the property was perfect for a weekend trip to mt kineo, being only around 23 minutes to the shuttle in rockwood."

"My family had a wonderful stay at Camp Sundown! The host, Kim, was great with communication. The house was exactly as described in the listing and extremely clean. Beautiful views from inside the house and at the dock, close to town, comfortable beds and having a washer and dryer on the premises was a total plus! We would definitely love to come back in the future."

"We enjoyed our time at the cabin in Greenville. We created many memories on Moosehead Lake. The beds were comfortable and the linens were clean. We also enjoyed watching TV on the big screen. The kitchen came equipped with everything you need to prepare and serve meals. The host was attentive and responsive. We would most definitely recommend this place to a friend."

"Hot tub has no seats and is about 5' across and is made of foam. You sit on the floor. It is a 110v plug in. The filters extend about 12" into the 5' circle in two spots on the side of the tub you sit on facing your view. It fits one short person comfortably, two persons cross legs and only one gets the view. Side by side you face the road or house. A tall person is not stretching their legs. Hot tub was hot and clean. It has a cargo strap to hold cover on that you need to replace it between uses. Trash must be taken out and tied or you 'will be fined'. You also must wash and put away dishes or leave in dishwasher. Road was noisy and close, Both room are road side. Has great window blinds that blocked the headlights coming in bedroom windows at night. We saw deer right from the back deck on the easement below and picked raspberries in the yard."

"We truly enjoyed our stay at Scott’s place. The house was perfect for the four of us. The main floor has two bedrooms and a full bath, with the upstairs having its own living area and bathroom. The kayaks and canoe on sight were incredible with everything you needed. My service dog was in absolute heaven as the yard was incredible and he could swim at leisure while insuring I was safe and close by. We will absolutely be back"
Lakefront cabin with private dock & beach access

"This is a quintessential Maine lakefront property. It was perfect in every way. The cabin had a porch that looked out over the lake. The dock was just feet away and the water was excellent - clear and calm with a rocky bottom. The breeze blew through the main bedroom and the temperature was always cool and comfortable. The town of Greenville with shops and restaurants was literally just 5 minutes away. If you want to see moose, go to Lazy Tom's Bog and watch for them along the road after dark."

"The cottage was beautiful and looked exactly as the pictures. Being right on the lake was an added bonus! It was very clean and it had everything we needed. Close to downtown which was great for the 4th of July weekend. The only thing I might suggest having is A/C. It was in the 90's that weekend and although it did have fans in every room it was too hot for sleeping."
