The beds were not made, laundry was not done, sheets needed to be washed, bathrooms were not clean, towels were not clean. Contacted the owner and he apologized and offered to get someone to clean it up. It was too late. We found the cleaning supply closet had the keys in it so we found the soaps and did the laundry for one of the 3 beds and the towels. We then were able to clean the the bathroom as well. Not what someone wants to do after a long drive.Last, we were not provided an entry code that i could find anywhere and called the owner who was prompt and gave us the code to the door and then the above was what we found.If the cleaning fee is removed, the property is exactly as stated.
