*Noise & Air Monitoring in Place
Loud music, smoking indoors, or any sign of parties will trigger our monitoring systems and lead to instant removal without refund.

*Travel Cots & High Chairs
Travel cots and high chairs are available subject to availability and are charged at £10 per item per stay. Please request these in advance of your arrival.

*Stays over 10 nights
Stays over 10 nights require additional housekeeping for an extra fee of £119. If unpaid, the booking will be reduced to a maximum of 10 nights.
