Luxurious Oceanfront Property: A Cruising Feeling Awaits You !

  • Welcome to The Luxurious, where a unique boat feeling awaits you. You will be like vacationing on a cruise while keeping all the comfort and amenities this place has to offer. The house has been completely remodeled in 2020 with high-end finishing. An elevator accesses all three levels. The open floor concept in the main living space invites the ocean breeze. You will enjoy magnificent ocean views that act as vitamin sea all the way from the entrance to the living room and the kitchen. A modern fitness room on the lower level also offers breathtaking views of the ocean. A year-round hot tub and firepit will enhance your stay.
    After a day at the beach, enjoy the sunset from the house and walk to the Nubble Light House to savor Maine's famous blueberry ice cream and pie : sounds like a perfect day !
