(283 reviews) I highly enjoyed my room with its high ceilings and comfortable bed. Very quiet and peaceful, waking up to the sounds of morning doves. The restaurant was exceptional - friendly staff and delicious food. Only complaint was the lack of communication between office staff and access to needed services - not having a reservation on Tropic Air on upon my arrival in Belize City, confusion about what could be ordered with the breakfast certificate, not giving me correct information about the pickup time for a snorkeling trip and then not being on the list for the trip, not being on the list for the water taxi to the airport. not arranging for my driver to be paid for my ride from the water taxi to the airport. Chronic lack of follow through.
