Every time we asked the hotel staff for help they did little to help us, saying we could get two buses to town but not explaining which buses or where to catch the bus from. They also failed to book ballet tickets for us after promising to do so. The breakfast was catered to locals and although it can be nice to try local food I didn't enjoy this experience for breakfast and there were no alternative options. We were also woken on this morning by fellow guests screaming in the corridors from around 5am which was not appreciated. On the second night we had a cockroach drop from the ceiling in the bathroom and they couldn't understand our problem so didn't do much to help.
