"We arrived at the hotel from our cruise 5 hours prior to the stated check in time thinking that we would just have to drop our bags and wait for check in. We were very pleasantly surprised that they had a room available for us immediately! We were very happy with our stay and will definitely stay here again if we are in need of a room near LAX. "Asked for extra towels one evening and they kept saying they send someone over. We called twice and finally fell asleep without a shower. I should also add this was a suite for 5 people and there were only 3 towels available. I called back next morning and again they told me they would send someone. It wasn’t until I asked to speak to manager that my extra towels showed up. "

"Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Check in was quick. The hotel was very clean, quiet and comfortable. In the morning, my breakfast, at the restaurant, arrived quickly and was delicious. The shuttle to the airport was timely and efficient with the driver assisting me with my bag. Many thanks to all for an enjoyable experience! "
