The kitchen is fully equipped with stove with oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and kettle. In the living room stove create both warmth and coziness (wood included in the rent). TV (with several Allente channels, including German channels), DVD and radio / CD. available. Free WiFi is available. There are three bedrooms, one with double bed (comfortable spring mattresses) with four wardrobes for clothes one with two single beds (nice spring mattresses) with two wardrobes for clothes and one with a bunk bed with 1 wardrobe for clothes. The tiled bathroom has underfloor heating and contains a shower, toilet and washbasin with washstand. There is also a laundry room with washing machine. Hot summer days can be enjoyed on the terrace's garden furniture. Barbecue available. Sometimes it's wonderful to be in the glazed conservatory with comfortable furniture and enjoy the day. At Easter and Christmas holidays, the cottage atmospheric lavishly. The cottage is located about 600 meters from the fine sandy beach in the bay of Hanö between Åhus and Haväng, right near the gateway to Österlen. The settlement is located in a holiday home area with pine forests and many nice trails to walk on. Nearby is Furuboda Training Center, a large and fine training that provides the opportunity for the public to eat there daily and visit their indoor swimming pool. For those of you who play golf there Degeberga golf course within a mile distance. Other golf courses are nearby. Brösarp (known for, among other things Brösarps Hills and the famous The events, Antiques Fair, Modern Trade Fair and Food Fair) is located about one and a half mil away and Kivik (known among other Kivik Market and the famous apple market) is two and a half mil to . Das Ferienhaus liegt in einem Kiefernwald, zum Strand sind es wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Man sieht Eich-hörnchen,hört Vogelgezwitscher und an manchmal sogar das Rauschen des Meeres. Das Haus ist liebevoll und gleichzeitig praktisch eingerichtet - mit allem, was man braucht. Auch für Kinder ist gesorgt: In einem der Zimmer gibt es einen schönen Miniatur-Bauernhof mit vielen Tieren zum Spielen. Auf der verglasten Veranda kann man auch bei Wind gemütlich sitzen oder sich in einem der Liegestühle sonnen und die Ruhe genießen. Obwohl wir zur Mittsommerzeit dort waren, haben wir kaum je etwas von den Nachbarn rundherum gehört oder gesehen. Das Meer war zu dieser Jahreszeit noch etwas zu kalt zum Baden, aber wir haben am menschenleeren Strand herrliche lange Spaziergänge unternommen. Die Hanöbucht ist riesig und der Sandstrand mehr als 20 km lang. Weitere schöne Ausflugsziele sind nicht allzu weit entfernt: Der Stenshuvud-NP, Ystad, Ales Stenar, Brösarps backar, Sandhammaren, Simrishamn, Kivik, Åhus, Kristianstad, das Ikea-Museum in Älmhult, aber auch größere Städte wie Malmö oder liegen in gut erreichbarer Entfernung. Die Gastgeber sind äußerst sympathisch und als uns im Haus ein Mißgeschick passiert ist, haben sie sehr verständnisvoll reagiert. Dafür noch einmal herzlichen Dank, Barbro und Lars! Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Für zwei Personen ist das Haus groß genug, möglicherweise auch noch für zwei Kinder. Für sechs Personen ist es recht klein. Durch die vielen Vorhänge ist es recht dunkel im Haus, leider kann man die Fenster in den Schlaf- und Kinderzimmern nur kippen. Lüften ist dadurch schwierig. Viel zu viel Deko. Das Haus ist sehr gut gepflegt, liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Wir waren nahezu die einzigen Gäste in der Umgebung, die Ruhe und Nähe zum Meer haben uns allen gut getan. Barbro und Lars waren immer sofort zu erreichen, der Kontakt war unkompliziert und überaus freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr gut betreut gefühlt. Vermieter kamen zur Schlüsselübergabe und sind sehr freundlich. Himmlische Ruhe an diesem Ort. Etwa 400 m auf schönem Waldweg zur Ostsee mit langem Sandstrand (nur wenige Menschen). Die sehr netten Vermieter besitzen ein sehr sauberes Ferienhaus bei dem an alles gedacht und alles vorhanden ist. Es liegt inmitten eines ruhigen Kiefernwaldes. Zum Strand sind es nur 10 Minuten Fußweg. Und sogar 2 (ältere, aber fahrtaugliche und für die ebene Umgebung ausreichende) Fahrräder kann man dazu buchen. Auch den Kindern hat es sehr gut gefallen. Die Ausstattung läßt keine Wünsche offen. Der Wintergarten ist das Heyligt des Hauses. Hier konnten wir beim Frühstück Eichhörnchen, Hasen und Vögel beobachten. Grosse Dusche, gute Lage und der leere, saubere Strand ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Wir haben eine Woche mit drei Kindern zwischen 5-10 Jahren Urlaub gemacht und konnten alles finden um uns zu versorgen. Die Gastgeber sind verlässlich und nett, die Übergabe lief unkompliziert.
